We know that when planning a wedding there are other events that come with that too.  Whether it’s hosting a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or that Bon Voyage brunch before your guests depart, the Hilton Akron/Fairlawn can offer solutions for all of those needs. There are plenty of great spaces to select from along with a multitude of menu options from which to choose.

Veranda

• A great outdoor poolside space that boasts a covered dining area in a lush tropical setting bursting with flowers.  The area features a waterfall, large firepit and several seating areas.  This space also offers doors leading into the B&W for more flexibility.

B&W Room

• Guests enjoy this convenient space, right off our main lobby, it is perfect for intimate gatherings.  The B&W Room doors open directly onto the outdoor Veranda and fire pit seating area. Your guests will love this unique option.

Atrium in Beau’s Grille

• This cozy space offers a private dining option inside Beau’s Grille Restaurant and Lounge.  The Atrium offers seating for up to 28 with a wall of windows featuring both booth and table seating.  This room also offers a flatscreen TV for your convenience.  Your guest will enjoy Chef Beau Schmidt’s award-winning menu options for both appetizers and entrees.

Board Room

• Located on our lower level, this room offers a built-in bar area that can be used for not only drinks but also a convenient buffet area.  Featuring new wallpaper and flooring in the Spring of 2020 this will certainly be a popular option for smaller events.
